I have been taking pictures for some time now and figure I will add my two cents worth here in this blog as I hear good things about wordpress. Not much to pass on about me, I am a native Albertan, live in Calgary, get out whenever I can to take my pictures with my best gal friend who keeps me sane and makes me laugh daily, (Thank you Kelly) I also like to learn all I can about the wonderful world of photography and have this continuing desire to improve and get better at it. I feel like a piece of me is missing when I can’t get out to take my photography and when I am out there I don’t want to return to a mundane, set society…but….alas I do have to make a decent living so, I work then I do what I love. I really believe we all have a gift that has been given to us to use and show everyone the beauty of it.

Some find it early, others mid-way and some later on in life. Me? Well, I dabble in most artistic things, am musically inclined, love to play with graphic programs or anything that has to do with computers, love my cats dearly and love life. I feel that by giving back a little bit of myself through my photography I show the inside of what is me, the beauty and the sensitivity that I try to hide from the outside world. I write poetry when it deems appropriate or when that desire to sit and get it all down overwhelms me, good or bad.
Generally, I think I am a good, decent, honest person with a small gift to share with you who want to view it. I promise only what I can give from my perspective and in return I accept your perspective, your outlook, your interpretation of what I give to you. Therefore, I feel that my name Photographic Perspectives fits quite well.
If you are interested in viewing my work or just my daily run on about what is happening in my little world come on in and enter…I like meeting new people.
